Human Resources (HR) Rewiring

The heartbeat of DEI and anti-racist work within an organisation is the HR Department. With this offering, BRK Ujima works to help shape an HR Department that is more empathetic, humane, aware of less commonly acknowledged/known DEI issues (e.g., microaggressions), and understands that non-racist ≠ anti-racist where workplace policies, processes, and procedures are concerned and can operationalise new and effective approaches in this area.
