Snapshot development of an organisation’s current DEI approach by reviewing internal documentation through an anti-racist and DEI lens. This snapshot will serve as a baseline from which to measure progress towards realising DEI goals and can include:

• Written policies, processes, and procedures
• De facto, unwritten policies, processes, and procedures that are critical for employee success
• Staff interviews/focus groups
• Workplace observations
• Pay gap analyses
• Supply chain analyses
• Analysis of any available diversity data from HR
