Coaching (Executive/Manager and Non-Managerial Staff)

Individual, focused coaching sessions to facilitate targeted opportunities to support participants’ career progression and professional development. Coaching sessions span key DEI and anti-racism areas identified by the coachee and where possible made scenario-based.

Approach

BRK Ujima assigns a coach to an individual staff member. First meetings are coach and coachee getting to know one another with coach understanding coachee’s objectives related to DEI and anti-racism. Remaining sessions included focused conversations, resource sharing, accountability check-ins, active listening, and strategy development for coordinated action.
