what we do
We combine deep interdisciplinary knowledge in technology, race, gender, education, human geography, economics, and international development. Our participatory research, rooted in Black feminism, delivers evidence-based recommendations for sustainable change.
We specialise in creating inclusive workplace cultures through tailored training and consultancy, with a focus on those who are often marginalised or excluded. Our work addresses systemic inequalities, empowering organisations to build environments where everyone, especially those from marginalised communities, feels valued, respected, and able to thrive.
Our powerful speakers bring research, insights, and lived experiences to life. Through keynote speeches, workshops, and panels, we engage diverse audiences, challenge narratives, and inspire action for justice and equity.
We prioritise the holistic well-being of Black individuals through wellness initiatives like yoga and the Give Black Fund. Our programmes support the physical and mental health of Black communities, fostering empowerment and upliftment.
We are passionate about partnering with organisations and individuals who share our commitment to creating a safer, freer, more just, and inclusive world for marginalised and oppressed people.
We are a dynamic, Black feminist-led organisation dedicated to dismantling systems of inequality and oppression
