Workplace Audits Tailored To Your Needs

Our workplace audits are designed to be flexible, allowing you to choose the level of depth that best suits your organisation’s size and needs. Whether you require a light-touch review or an in-depth analysis, we adapt our process to meet your specific goals. Below is an outline of the steps that can be included in our audits:

Our Process

We begin with a consultation to understand your organisation’s specific needs and objectives. During this meeting, we discuss the scope of the audit, key focus areas, and the outcomes you hope to achieve.

We conduct a thorough review of your organisation’s existing policies, procedures, and relevant documentation. This step can be as detailed as necessary, depending on your needs, to identify areas that may require improvement to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

To gain insights from your team, we engage employees through anonymous surveys and one-on-one interviews. This step can range from a basic survey to a comprehensive engagement process, depending on the depth of insight you wish to obtain.

We analyse the collected data to identify key issues and patterns within your organisation. The level of analysis can be adjusted to suit your requirements, from a high-level overview to a detailed examination of specific areas.

Based on our findings, we develop a set of actionable recommendations tailored to your organisation’s needs. The recommendations can be broad or highly specific, depending on the depth of the audit.

We present our findings and recommendations to your leadership team. This session includes a discussion of key insights and recommended actions, with the opportunity for feedback to ensure alignment with your organisation’s goals.

To assist with implementing the recommended changes, we offer support that ranges from basic guidance to more involved consulting services, depending on your organisation’s needs.

After the implementation, we can conduct a follow-up assessment to measure the impact of the changes. This step can be a brief check-in or a more detailed reassessment, depending on your preference.
