Dr. Ronda Železný-Green's friendly, warm, and authentic demeanour sets the tone for BRK Ujima’s interpersonal interactions.

A Black and Native American-British woman excelling with ADHD, Ronda’s ability to manage relationships with empathy and understanding creates a welcoming and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and heard. Her enthusiasm and positivity inspire and motivate others, driving collective action and collaboration. Ronda’s extensive experience developing and delivering action-oriented training integrates the themes of racial equity, justice, and gender with global perspectives, making her a pivotal figure in BRK Ujima’s mission to empower marginalised communities.

With over 20 years of professional experience spanning five continents and roles in the public, private, and civil society sectors, Ronda has made significant strides in empowering Black people, women, people with disabilities, and other marginalised populations in the technology and education sectors. She holds a PhD in Human Geography and other advanced degrees in sustainable development, applied linguistics, and instructional design. Ronda is also the Co-Founder and Director of Panoply Digital and the Founder and CEO of datocracy, where she continues to champion the use of technology and data as transformative tools for social justice.
