Belinda Baah is the embodiment of resilience, empathy, and a deep commitment to self-care and wellness.

As the Director of Wellness and Economic Justice at BRK Ujima, her advocacy for self-preservation is more than a philosophy—it’s a guiding principle that shapes the organisation’s culture. Belinda’s dedication to creating nurturing environments where individuals can thrive is fuelled by her belief that wellness is a necessity, not a luxury. Her warm, approachable nature and global perspective, informed by her Ghanaian and British identities, inspire those around her to embrace self-care and collective resilience.

With extensive experience as a Senior Economist at the Tony Blair Institute in Accra, the Bank of Uganda, and in various sectors including renewable energy and health economics, Belinda brings a wealth of knowledge to BRK Ujima. Her academic background, with degrees in Economics and Spanish, as well as an MSc in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester, further enhances her ability to drive meaningful change. Belinda’s unique blend of professional expertise and personal commitment to wellness and justice makes her a pivotal force in advancing BRK Ujima’s mission.
